Welcome to Federated Freedom Struggles

Welcome to the Valencia College Federated Freedom Struggles LibGuide. The mission of this LibGuide is to educate and inform the Valencia College Community about the organized efforts of various groups in their struggles for justice.

What is a Freedom Struggle?

A freedom struggle is any organized movement of people who are fighting for justice in the social, economic, or political sphere. The people of a struggle can unite on account of their identity whether that identity derives from class, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, race, nationality, and/or religion.
