Distance Tutoring: Study Space on Campus


Valencia College students will be able to reserve a seat for computer use or study at one of four Learning Support locations.  Students can book a two-hour block with the choice to reserve a desktop computer or an empty table with the option to bring their own device.  Some sites will also offer laptop checkouts*.

Click here to schedule a seat at one of the campuses listed above using the Study Space booking system.  Here are a few tips:

  • Book a seat using your VID (Valencia Identification Number)
  • Select the desired campus from the drop down menu within the booking system
  • Select the desired date and time for the appointment from the calendar within the booking system
  • Select either (a) Computer Desk or (b) Table/BYOD (bring your own device)
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the student's Atlas email account that includes the appointment time and location
  • UCF students will need to create an account the first time using the booking system by clicking on the "Help" button within the booking system

COVID Guidelines

  • Face masks are required to be worn by all students, faculty, and staff during the entire session
  • Social distancing of these spaces is based on current CDC guidelines and is subject to change
  • Please note all campus services remain closed, including water fountains and vending machines.  Students may bring water and cold snacks.
