This guide is designed to help students with library research as they complete assignments in POS 2112 with Professor Ramsier at the Poinciana Campus.

POS 2112 Textbook Access

If you need access to your textbook, Politics in States & Communities, it is available using either one of the websites listed below. You will need to create accounts for either site. Remember to receive free access, you will need to use your Valencia email address. Online Textbook Access for Students

Redshelf
A website with free access to many course textbooks until May 25th. You will need to create a free account, using your Valencia email, to download any of the online textbooks. You can search for the availability of your books before creating an account. The search can be by title or ISBN but some of the ISBN searches did not produce any results even though the textbook was available. The best option is to search by title and author's last name.
VitalSource
A website with free access to course textbooks for Valencia students. You must create an account using your Valencia email to access the list of available textbooks.
