Blue Hotel

The short story “Blue Hotel” by Stephen Crane was first published in 1898.  This adventure story set in Nebraska centers around the actions and fate of three guests who visit the Blue Hotel.  The central question explored in this story is whether man is ruled by his fate or does he share moral responsibility for his actions and their consequences.
