Mending Wall
The “Mending Wall” is a dramatic narrative poem by Robert Frost. It was first published in 1914, in his collection called North of Boston. The title “Mending Wall” refers to the activity of the speaker and his neighbor, which is repairing a wall between their farms. The mending of the wall could also represent the relationship between the two neighbors. The poem mostly is about physical and emotional barriers between people.
