Oedipus Rex/Oedipus Tyrannus/Oedipus the King
Oedipus Rex, Oedipus Tyrannus, and Oedipus the King are different names for a Greek tragedy by Sophocles. Oedipus Rex is one the most well know ancient Greek tragedies. It tells the story of Oedipus who discovers that he has murdered his father and married his mother.
