Counseling - Care & Concern: Mental Health & Wellness

Mental Health Resources

Mental health is just as important as physical health, and it’s time to start talking about it. Like a broken bone, heart ailment or the common cold, mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of. In fact, nearly one in five people struggle with some form of mental illness every year. If you or someone you know is suffering, it’s time to learn the warning signs and find the resources for much-needed support. Valencia College and our partners are dedicated to providing mental health information and resources to our entire community. Please open your heart and your browser to learn more, start a conversation and help someone who is struggling. Learn more.
