Researching Social and Global Issues: Introduction

Welcome!

Welcome! This guide is intended to provide students in Prof Dieckmann's classes with the tools needed to locate scholarly sources.

My name is Emilie Buckley and I'll be your librarian for this course. While I typically work at the Lake Nona Campus, this semester I look forward to meeting with students online and finding new ways to collaborate.

A librarian can help you....

  • Formulate a thesis statement
  • Locate academic sources pertaining to your topic
  • Identify credible web sources
