Ask a Librarian is a statewide service. In addition to the Valencia College hours, librarians from other libraries throughout Florida are available to chat live with students until midnight, Sunday through Thursday.

Students with questions in regard to their library account; database access; fees and fines; holds on their registration; books, equipment or other items checked out currently; etc., can email libraryservice@valenciacollege.edu or call 407-582-2459.
Please wait until the library reopens to return borrowed materials and equipment. All fees and fines for library materials due during the closure will be waived.
The library does not sell textbooks. Textbooks can be purchased through the Campus Store. For information and updates on purchasing textbooks from the Campus Store during Phase 2 of the reopening plan, see the COVID-19 Student FAQ.
During the closure, interlibrary loan and requests from other state institutions through UBorrow will be unavailable. All existing interlibrary loan requests for physical items are on hold. If you have a request for an electronic resource, such as an online journal article held by another institution, contact your campus library to see if the materials are obtainable.
